University of Miami Health System (UHealth) IT seeks a full-time Epic Senior Analyst, Cadence to lead implementation, build and modification of Epic Cadence. You will optimize configuration, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while ensuring seamless workflow integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Epic Cadence knowledge or related certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT or similar setting preferred.
• Epic Cadence build experience 3–5 years preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize Cadence configuration, function and access.
• Serves as primary end-user support for Cadence.
• Initiates design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Cadence applications.
• Leads testing phases and documents workflow design.
• Analyzes information technology in clinical work processes and validates workflow impacts.
• Identifies issues and guides resolution; supports junior staff with service tickets.
• Mentors junior staff and develops training documentation with trainers.
