Job summary

Xtensys, a rapidly growing MSP in New York, seeks a Cadence Patient Access Application Analyst to support multi-user clinical and financial apps. You will install, configure, train, and provide ongoing support while applying your systems analysis and project delivery expertise.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and Xtensys teams to resolve issues, translate requirements into technical solutions, and help manage projects from planning through milestones to ensure client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare information technology, or an equivalent combo of degree and relevant experience.
• Epic Cadence certification required; Epic Prelude certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide systemlevel support for assigned applications, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a primary resource for at least one application module.
• Analyze and resolve recurring issues using established standards and practices.
• Manage assigned tasks and priorities to support projects and meet timelines.
• Provide enduser training and education on current applications.
• Lead and participate in project planning, milestones, procedures, and work plans.
• Gather and translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance to team members and collaborate with departments to promote effective use of applications.
• Identify issues outside established solutions and elevate to stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to project leaders.
