Qualifikationen

• Epic Cadence Certification preferred.
• 4+ years experience supporting Epic Cadence, patient access operations or related healthcare IT.
• Experience performing Epic build, testing, implementation and workflow analysis.
• Experience analyzing operational data and implementing process improvements.
• Advanced Epic Cadence knowledge.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory scheduling workflows and template management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead Capacity Management Analysts and optimize Epic Cadence templates to meet patient access goals.
• Oversee build activities, template governance, QA, analytics and access initiatives.
• Partner with operations, clinicians, and IS to map workflows and implement system improvements.
• Plan projects, prioritize work, allocate resources and communicate with stakeholders.
• Mentor Application Analysts and drive team performance.
