Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Capacity Management Lead to guide a team that optimizes Epic Cadence scheduling templates to improve patient access and provider utilization. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders and oversee build governance, QA, analytics, and access optimization initiatives.

The role requires experts in Epic Cadence with strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Epic Cadence experience with build, testing, and workflow analysis.
• 4+ years in Epic Cadence or related patient access IT roles.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven process improvements.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Epic Cadence workflows and Scott & White processes.
• Test and document workflows, data collections, and end-user reports.
• Create, modify, and track system builds.
• Develop test scripts for new builds and communicate changes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and team training of Analysts.
• Define and review business system requirements.
• Translate organizational needs into effective system specifications.
• Collaborate with IS to align policies and operations.
