Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 3 years of experience in relevant roles, healthcare IT, or Epic Cadence preferred.
• Epic Accreditation/Certification is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Epic Cadence and Scott & White workflows and lead system improvements.
• Test, document, and validate workflows, data, and end-user reports.
• Create, modify, and track system builds and test scripts for new builds.
• Provide application support and communicate changes to super users and end users.
• Lead, train, and mentor Application Analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and review requirements.
