You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve provider utilization and access, while overseeing builds, governance, testing, and analytics.

The role requires strong leadership, Epic Cadence experience, and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective system solutions within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience minimum.
• 3+ years in Epic Cadence or healthcare IT with patient access focus.
• Experience building, testing, and implementing Epic Cadence workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Epic Cadence workflows and Scott and White processes.
• Test, document workflows and data collection; address issues.
• Build, update, and govern Cadence templates.
• Create and run test scripts for system builds.
• Provide application support and communicate changes to users.
• Lead, manage and mentor Capacity Management Analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into system specs.
• Plan projects, allocate resources, and report progress.
