RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Practice Specialist I to support onboarding of acquired practices, location changes, mergers, and expansions with Epic Build Requests. You will coordinate data collection, engage with operational stakeholders, and manage pre/post go-live tasks across ambulatory projects.

The role emphasizes process improvement, standard workflows, and hands-on Epic support to customers. Strong organizational and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Epic experience is preferred in ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison with Epic build teams and stakeholders for onboarding activities.
• Participate in leadership meetings and project workgroups to support collaboration.
• Assist with planning and execution of Epic-driven processes for operations and onboarding.
• Provide hands-on Epic workflow support and reinforce best practices.
