CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Senior Epic BMDI Integration Engineer to lead HL7 real-time interfaces and oversee integration projects. You will coordinate testing, code reviews, and design scenarios, ensuring data integrity and PHI security across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with Nursing, Biomedical Engineering and vendors, participate in on-call rotations, and guide multi-facility initiatives with minimal supervision. Remote eligible.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Tech/Medical/Business
• 7-8 years of experience
• Experience in hospital/healthcare workflows
• 5-7 years in IT Applications Analysis, including Epic
• 5-7 years of experience with devices in healthcare
• Epic Bridges certification
• Experience with project life cycle methodologies

Mansioni

• Participates in on-call rotations and Major incident resolution
• Provide SME leadership for HL7 interfaces; coordinate modifications and testing
• Lead reviews of development work for multi-facility projects
• Define design and unit testing scenarios aligned to requirements
• Lead cross-functional application development activities
• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain solutions with minimal direction
• Facilitate project meetings and status updates
• Translate business needs into interface requirements and maintain PHI security compliance
• Ensure timely, high-quality EAI deliverables
• Collaborate with Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Field Ops and vendors
• May lead in major incidents or failures; remote eligible
