CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Senior Epic Bridges Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain mission‑critical integrations across our enterprise IT landscape. You will lead complex projects, troubleshoot sophisticated data flows, and ensure secure, reliable interoperability between clinical and revenue cycle systems.

You will guide teams, perform incident leadership, and participate in on‑call rotations, with a strong emphasis on Epic Bridges, HL7, and EDI transactions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/tech/medical/business or equivalent experience.
• 7–8 years of related experience in healthcare IT integrations.
• Epic Bridges experience required, with hospital/clinical workflow knowledge.

Mansioni

• Lead advanced design, development, and maintenance of integrations between enterprise IT systems.
• Troubleshoot complex data flow issues and optimize performance and reliability.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring; participate in major incidents and on‑call rotations.
• Coordinate code/peer reviews for multi‑facility projects to meet business and technical requirements.
• Focus on Clinical and Revenue Cycle management workflows and integration quality.
