Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Hospital Billing - Senior Analyst to design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for our most complex Nordic clients. You will address system requests, translate needs into detailed requirements, and perform builds and testing.

The role involves coordinating with Application Advisors, managing multiple client assignments, and ensuring documentation, SLAs, and change control policies are followed. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years’ industry experience preferred.
• Epic Certification in Hospital Billing with strong understanding of functionality.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Proven ability to embody Nordic’s maxims.
• Ability to apply problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for complex customers.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and audits; participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight and document requests in ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
• Communicate changes and ensure concerns from affected groups are addressed.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and support internal initiatives.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
