Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or related field; relevant education and/or 6+ years’ industry experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst position with degree requirement.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
• Manage application and team documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and relevancy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with software vendors to ensure high-level support.
• Assist in planning and executing application upgrades and security patches.
• Participate in smaller analyst-led projects, learning basic project management tasks.
