Qualifications

Epic Certification in Professional Billing and/or Resolute Hospital Billing.
5+ years supporting healthcare providers and/or organizations.
5+ years leading complex IT managed services delivery.
5+ years delivering software applications and technology platforms.
5+ years implementing and supporting scalable client solutions.
2+ years of technology leadership experience.
2+ years of direct leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day Epic Professional Billing service delivery including incidents and requests.
Serve as main escalation point and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders.
Manage, coach and develop team members and support performance and staffing.
Collaborate with leadership on planning, roadmaps, and best practices.
Support client success by aligning resources and providing operational updates.
Assist in interviewing candidates and sharing best practices across teams.
Support business development through solution design and client engagement.
Identify opportunities for optimization and improved client outcomes.
Provide status updates and reporting as needed.
