Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst with Epic Beaker expertise in Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology to join a hospital system in Southern California. The role combines Beaker build and support with hands-on administration of diagnostic devices and vendor coordination.

The candidate will mentor junior staff, manage medium to large projects, and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders, while working on-site several days weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic Application/Analyst experience in Beaker for Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology.
• Epic certification in the assigned Beaker applications.
• Hybrid on-site work multiple days a week to support lab staff directly.

Responsibilities

• Provide production, on-call and after-hours support for Epic Beaker in CP and AP.
• Own or manage medium to large projects using PMO tools and methodology.
• Coordinate with vendors to integrate new lab devices and build Epic interfaces.
• Serve as Beaker administrator for lab equipment and mentor junior analysts.
