University of Miami is seeking a full-time Epic Principal Trainer, Beaker - Anatomic and Clinical Pathology in Miami to lead training efforts for clinical systems integration. The role focuses on creating curricula, manuals, and e-learning modules, and delivering end-user training across departments.

You will manage training environments, coordinate with analysts, and ensure alignment with UHealth policies and patient safety standards while supporting junior staff and maintaining project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Epic Beaker - Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Certification is required.
• Experience delivering training for clinical systems or healthcare IT is preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom/virtual training skills required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in pre-production simulations, workflow integration, testing, and validation of system functionality.
• Provides end-user training on clinical systems applications.
• Develops training plans aligned with IT project timelines to meet implementation deadlines.
• Creates lesson plans, curricula, training manuals, exercises, and online modules for clinical systems use.
• Collaborates with analysts on changes to develop training strategies and materials.
• Supports training rollouts with stakeholders and end-users and monitors progress with leadership.
