Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare IT training experience.
• Epic Beaker - Anatomic experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in pre-production simulations, workflow integration, testing and validation of system functionality.
• Provides end-user training on the clinical systems applications.
• Develops training project plans aligned with IT projects to meet deadlines.
• Creates lesson plans, curriculum design, manuals, and e-learning modules for staff.
• Leads training delivery and exercises, including go-live activities.
• Collaborates with analysts on application changes to develop training strategies.
• Reviews stakeholder feedback to ensure training meets business/clinical needs.
• Maintains training environment reliability and supports on-call scheduling.
