Position: Application Analyst II – Beaker

Location: Fully Remote

Job Type: Full Time (Salary + benefits & bonus)

Applications Supported: Epic, Sunquest, Data Innovations (DI), and other clinical platforms within acute care services

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Epic Beaker and related systems
• Provide end-user and application support, including issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal ITS teams and external vendors
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations

Required Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of experience in Epic Beaker support and implementation
• Hands-on experience with Data Innovations (DI) integration
• Strong project management and facilitation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, WebEx, and related tools

Preferred: Haemonetics experience, Epic Beaker certification, and a clinical license (RN, LPN, Rad Tech, Lab Tech)
