We are seeking an Epic Certified Cupid Analyst to provide post-live stabilization and optimization support following our Summer 2024 Epic go-live. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Epic Cupid module, with a strong understanding of cardiology workflows and clinical documentation. This role is critical to enhancing system performance, resolving outstanding issues, and ensuring seamless operations across cardiology departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for the Epic Cupid module post go-live.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues impacting end users.
• Work with cardiology, radiology, and clinical stakeholders to optimize workflows and documentation.
• Monitor and analyze Cupid-related tickets and work queues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify system enhancements and implement configuration changes based on clinical needs.
• Assist in end-user training and documentation updates as needed.
• Collaborate with the broader Epic application support team to ensure integration and downstream systems function as intended.
• Participate in governance, change management, and optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Cupid Certification (Required – must be current).
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Epic Cupid module in a healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization and optimization efforts.
• Strong understanding of cardiology and imaging workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous involvement in a large-scale Epic implementation.
• Experience with Epic Radiant, Orders, and other integrated modules is a plus.
• Clinical background or experience working with cardiology departments.
