Job Title: Senior Epic-Certified Analyst – Lab/Blood Bank IT Lead Support (6-Month Contract)

Location: Remote (CST Hours)

Rate: $50–$60/hour

Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Epic-certified Senior Analyst with a strong background in laboratory systems and blood bank operations to provide IT lead support over a 6-month engagement. This is not a project or implementation role—rather, we're looking for a hands-on leader to support daily operations, optimize system performance, and mentor existing team members within a highly integrated lab and blood bank environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT leadership support for lab and blood bank operations, with an emphasis on SCC Softbank and its integration with Epic Beaker and multiple lab instruments.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows and data accuracy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on system optimization and best practices.
• Support day-to-day lab system performance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Mentor team members and foster knowledge-sharing to strengthen internal capabilities.

• Epic-certified Senior Analyst with 9+ years of experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Epic systems across diverse healthcare organizations.
• Specialized expertise in Epic Clinical Documentation, with transferable knowledge beneficial to complex lab environments.
• Proven leadership in workflow analysis, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Direct experience with SCC Softbank and Epic Beaker, including integration with lab instrumentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and clinical teams.
