ChristianaCare is seeking a Beaker AP Analyst to support design, build, configuration, testing and optimization of the Beaker AP module. You will develop end-user training, provide ongoing support, and document processes to improve efficiency in an on-site Beaker environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2–3 years with Epic systems, plus Epic Beaker AP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT/Healthcare field.
• 2-3 years of experience with Epic systems or similar EHR platform.
• High School diploma with 5 years related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead the build and configuration of the Beaker AP module to meet clinical needs.
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab technicians, and admin staff to gather requirements.
• Customize Beaker AP to align with clinical and operational needs.
• Perform workflow analysis and process mapping for seamless integration and improvements.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements to optimize Beaker AP usage.
• Conduct thorough system testing, validation, and troubleshooting before go-live.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training including physicians and nurses.
• Provide ongoing support post-implementation and address user issues promptly.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Formation

Bachelor's degree preferred (information technology, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics or related field)

High School diploma with 5 years related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
