Job summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a Beaker AP Analyst to support the design, configuration, testing, and optimization of the Beaker AP module. You will analyze requirements with pathologists and lab staff, develop training, and ensure readiness for go-live across clinical departments.

The role emphasizes system testing, documentation, and ongoing support post-implementation, with opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work requires frequent on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience with Epic systems or a similar EHR platform required.
• High School diploma with 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the build and configuration of the Beaker AP module to meet clinical needs.
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab technicians, and staff to gather requirements.
• Customize the Beaker AP module to align with clinical and operational requirements.
• Perform workflow analysis and mapping to ensure seamless integration and improvements.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training for physicians, nurses, admins.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
