Job summary

Gravity IT Resources partners with a major Southern California healthcare organization to hire a Senior Epic Beaker Analyst supporting CP and AP. This hybrid California role combines hands-on Beaker work with direct end-user support and vendor coordination.

You will own Epic Beaker CP and AP workflows, troubleshoot production issues, configure lab devices and integrations, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Epic Beaker certification required.
• 3+ years hands-on Beaker experience incl. CP and AP.
• Experience with lab devices or ancillary systems.
• Device setup, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of clinical/lab workflows and production support.
• Able to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Epic Beaker CP and AP.
• Troubleshoot production issues and lab workflows.
• Configure lab devices, integrations, and Epic linking records.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades with vendors and IT teams.
• Provide direct on-site support to lab staff and clinical users.
• Lead projects and mentor junior analysts.
