Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• EPIC Certification within 90 days of hire is required.
• Preferred: 5 years in a clinical or clinical information systems environment with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for IT team staff, including goal setting, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Deliver performance feedback and formal appraisals; provide frequent informal feedback.
• Evaluate business opportunities through feasibility studies, cost estimates, and application options to support strategic IT direction.
• Ensure IT services align with current business and clinical needs and objectives.
• Drive project management efforts: timelines, resources, governance, testing, UAT, and change control.
• Monitor progress of all projects and issues within the teams.
