North Mississippi Health Services is seeking an EPIC Analyst to ensure revenue cycle systems function reliably, including report design, testing and language interpretation. The role collaborates with team members, vendors and leadership to identify issues, implement changes and maintain data integrity across databases.

The analyst will design, test and implement changes using SQL, PL/SQL and various tools, with on-call support and 24x7 readiness.

Competenze

• Proficient with SQL, PL/SQL and stored procedures
• Experience with Oracle, MSSQL databases
• ITIL exposure or experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems

Mansioni

• Act as a functional/technical analyst for system and reporting functionality.
• Identify root causes and resolutions for system issues.
• Provide leadership with recommendations to improve revenue cycle systems.
• Develop, modify, test moderately complex processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate design, development, evaluations, implementations and monitoring of system applications and solutions.
