Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking Epic Application Analysts/Consultants to join the Epic Practice within the Digital Solutions Healthcare team. You will work across Epic modules and drive implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects for healthcare clients.

The role offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to mentor junior staff and advance your certification portfolio. Strong knowledge of Epic EHR, clinical/workflows, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or IT field preferred.
• Epic certifications strongly preferred and beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate significant knowledge of Epic implementations, upgrades and optimizations.
• Plan, design/build, test, implement and support Epic EHR workflows.
• Lead requirements gathering and workflow analysis with stakeholders.
• Lead or support testing, training and implementation of applications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to IT staff at the client site.
• Maintain current Epic certifications and stay up-to-date with updates.
