Job summary

Baker Tilly's Epic Practice within the Digital Solutions Healthcare team is hiring Epic Application Analysts/Consultants. You will work on Epic EHR builds, upgrades and optimizations, leading requirements gathering and testing while supporting clients remotely or onsite.

The role emphasizes mentorship, client service and delivering quality solutions. Ideal candidates hold five+ years of Epic experience, with Epic certifications preferred and a strong healthcare operations background.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Five+ years of Epic implementation experience, including design, build and configuration.
Epic certification preferred; must be in good standing with Epic.
Ability to work remotely or onsite at client locations.
Healthcare domain experience or operations/clinical background preferred.
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate significant knowledge of Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
Plan, design/build, test, implement and support Epic EHR functionalities.
Lead requirements gathering and workflow analysis with cross-functional teams.
Lead testing, training and implementation activities; support end-users.
Provide mentorship and guidance to IT staff at the client site.
Maintain Epic certifications; advise on best practices to client teams.
