Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking an Epic Application Analyst/Consultant to join our Epic Practice within the Digital Solutions Healthcare team. You will work on EpicCare and related modules, delivering consulting services remotely or onsite to healthcare clients across the US.

The role requires Epic certifications (or active pursuit), 5+ years of implementation experience, and strong project management, communication, and client service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of Epic implementation experience including design, build and configuration.
• Epic certification preferred / in good standing.
• Proven ability to provide consulting remotely or onsite at client locations.
• Related healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Strong project management, communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization.
• Lead or participate in requirements gathering and workflow analysis.
• Design/build/test/implement Epic EHR and support workflows.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to IT members at the client site.
• Maintain current Epic certifications and stay updated on improvements.
