Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of Epic implementation experience (design, build, configuration).
• Epic certification preferred; in good standing with Epic.
• Ability to provide consulting remotely or onsite at client locations.
• Healthcare domain experience and strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent project coordination, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Epic engagements across multiple modules and applications.
• Design, build, test, and implement Epic solutions for clients.
• Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and configure Epic to fit client processes.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to IT staff and client teams.
• Maintain Epic certifications and stay current with updates.
• Deliver high-quality client service and manage project timelines.
