We’re partnering with multiple leading healthcare organizations who are seeking Full-Time Epic Application Managers. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced Epic professionals who are ready to take the next step into people leadership. Whether your background is in clinical, revenue cycle, or patient access applications, you’ll guide a team of talented analysts while shaping system strategy, operational alignment, and team performance.

As an Epic Application Manager, you’ll combine hands‑on Epic expertise with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others. This role is perfect for current team leads or high‑performing senior analysts and consultants who want to grow their impact through leadership.

The Role
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Epic analysts across one or more application areas
  • Oversee build strategy, maintenance, and optimization efforts
  • Partner with operational and IT leaders to translate business needs into Epic solutions
  • Establish and enforce best practices for configuration, testing, and change control
  • Support professional development, performance management, and team engagement
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Epic experience with at least one current certification (clinical, revenue, or access applications)
  • Demonstrated experience as a team lead, senior analyst, or informal mentor
  • Strong understanding of Epic build, workflows, and cross‑application dependencies
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and operational stakeholders
