Powers Health is seeking an Epic Application Analyst to provide application support for the Willow module and related systems. This role focuses on the full system lifecycle, upgrades, and working as a liaison among users, IT, and build teams. It is primarily remote, with travel to onsite facilities for projects.

The candidate will design, build, and optimize Epic modules and integrations while maintaining professionalism and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Epic proficiency/certification preferred or must obtain Epic proficiency/certification during the introductory period.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Exposure and general understanding of front end workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provides application support to the Willow module and user assistance within the assigned application(s).
• Acts as second level of support and extension of the help desk for day-to-day duties.
• Performs design, build, optimization, and upgrade tasks for assigned module(s) and integrations.
