Powers Health seeks an Epic Application Analyst to support the Willow module and assist users in maximizing system value. You will coordinate with IT, the Epic build team, and other departments to implement design, build, and upgrades for assigned modules and integrations.

This role is primarily remote but requires travel to our facilities for projects, offering opportunities to work across clinical operations and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business management, or information systems.
• Pharmacy Tech experience required.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Exposure to front end workflows and multiple software applications.
• Understanding of hardware, networking, intranet/internet, PDA, barcoding and wireless.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative work with remote teams.
• Epic certification preferred or obtainable during onboarding.

Job description

Provides application support to the Willow module and user assistance within the assigned application(s). The Epic Application Analyst is responsible for the full system cycle, whether it is a new system or an upgrade. They act as a second level of support and an extension of the help desk as part of the day-to-day support duties. The Epic Application Analyst understands their assigned applications, their value to the business aspects of clinical operations and assists users to maximize the utility of the clinical system. In this role, the Epic Application Analyst serves as the liaison between the user community, IT, the Epic build team and other departments as necessary. Additionally, the Epic Application Analyst performs all design, build, optimization, and upgrade tasks for assigned module(s) and associated integrations. This position is primarily remote but must be able to travel onsite to our facilities for projects.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business management,or information systems.

• Epic proficiency/certification preferred or must obtain Epic proficiency/certification during the introductory period.
