Job summary

Central Health is seeking an Epic Application Analyst to serve as the SME and technical point of contact for Epic applications. You will lead requirements gathering, document technical specs, and test changes across upgrades and new implementations, including interfacing with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an EMR in a healthcare setting.
• Epic EMR experience is preferred.
• Epic Certification required within 6 months of hire or after Epic training.

Responsibilities

• Build system components, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Epic applications.
• Perform in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, data collection, and root cause analysis to identify solutions.
• Document and follow system change control procedures.
• Serve as liaison between end users, vendors, and IT staff.
• Coordinate system changes with governance for decision making.
• Travel between Central Health clinics as needed.
