Job summary

Central Health seeks an Epic Application Analyst to serve as the subject matter expert for Epic applications. You will lead requirements gathering, testing, and documentation while partnering with external vendors and internal teams.

The role includes project work, change management, and breaks/fix escalation as needed. The position is remote with on-site requirements during the first 90 days and occasional visits to Austin facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience supporting an EMR or similar healthcare software.
• Strong understanding of EMR workflows and system interdependencies.
• Ability to document requirements, perform testing, and support change control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain Epic application components.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with vendors/operations.
• Document changes and communicate release impacts to teams.
• Provide third-tier support and triage incidents via SLA.
• Guide workflow design and align with governance for changes.
