You will perform Epic module analyses, manage projects, gather requirements, and document solutions while supporting integrated third-party apps. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential, and you may participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, or business (or 2 years experience may be considered).
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Must maintain a minimum of 3 vendor/industry certifications/proficiencies in Epic.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team; adaptable with hours.

What We Require

Education: Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Obtains and maintains a minimum of 3 vendor and/or industry certifications/proficiencies as determined by management following a primary Epic support application proficiency path. Must maintain a certification/proficiency in applicable Epic module(s).

Other Minimum Qualifications: Must be a self-initiated team player able to work under little supervision, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting. Must facilitate a positive and collaborative work environment. Must be flexible and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Effective communication skills (oral, written, and presentation). Must demonstrate dependability, accountability, adherence to documentation and departmental processes, appropriate escalation, awareness of clinical and compliance impacts, adaptability, continuous learning, and respect for confidential information. Must be able to work in a matrixed environment and understand bimodal work principles. Primary work schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours; role requires flexibility beyond standard hours, including participation in an after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Compensation Range: $89,232.00 - $142,771.20Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
