Description

• The Epic Application Analyst/Coordinator provides technical support services in an Epic environment. This position designs, develops, implements, and maintains electronic systems.

We have transformed into a leading community health center in the Pacific Northwest with 40+ clinics across Washington and Oregon, offering services like medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health. Our holistic approach also extends to shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV/AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile clinics.

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in one of these U.S. states: WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, CO, TX, IL, IN, WI, TN, MA, MD, VA, NC, AL, GA, FL (some restrictions apply).

Position Highlights

• $77K-$93K yearly salary DOE, with potential for higher for highly experienced candidates
• $1,500 sign-on bonus + additional $1,500 after 12 months

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic systems.
• Monitor and evaluate systems, resolve issues.
• Observe end users, recommend system improvements.
• Gather system requirements from stakeholders and modify systems accordingly.
• Evaluate hardware/software needs, perform testing, ensure compatibility.
• Conduct feasibility studies for Epic implementations or upgrades.
• Plan and execute Epic projects, perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Support Epic system implementation and installation.
• Serve as primary contact for Epic environment, provide consultation.
• Assist end users with technical issues.
• Perform system testing and work with vendors.
• Maintain issue tracking, ensure timely resolution.
• Work with IS Security to enforce policies, manage access provisioning.
• Periodic travel to various sites may be required.
