Covenant HealthCare is seeking an Epic Application Analyst to analyze and optimize Epic workflows, collaborate with end users, and implement new solutions with third‑party integrations. The role emphasizes strong customer service aligned with Covenant’s care standards.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree, Epic experience, and 2 years in healthcare/IT or finance AR, with vendor certification within 6 months. On-site work in Michigan with potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Epic application knowledge/experience.
• Vendor certification within 6 months.
• 2 years Healthcare, IT or finance/accounts receivable experience required.
• Willing to obtain an Associate’s degree within 3 years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end users to evaluate, design, build, test, train, and implement Epic and third‑party solutions.
• Builds and maintains relationships; captures business and technical requirements.
• Designs, builds, and configures Epic modules and supporting tools; documents processes.
• Develops and maintains test scripts; performs testing per dept. requirements.
• Troubleshoots issues and escalates with proposals for resolution; supports project work.
