Job Role: Application Analyst (UKG – Timekeeping & Absence Module)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Application Analyst to support a long-term project focused on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), specifically within the Timekeeping and Absence modules. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with UKG systems, thrives in an Agile environment, and ideally has a strong background in software testing.

• Focused on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) – timekeeping & absence module
• Experience working with Agile workflow is required
• Software testing experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, support, and maintain the UKG Timekeeping and Absence modules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in an Agile workflow
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions
• Assist with application testing, issue tracking, and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently and accurately

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), especially Timekeeping and Absence modules
• Strong understanding of Agile development workflows
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Software testing experience (manual or automated) is highly preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar)
