Job description

Are you passionate about driving process improvement and digital transformation? We’re seeking an experienced Application Analyst to support the long-term goals of our Office of Administrative System Transformation (OAST). In this role, you will leverage your expertise to optimize software applications and business processes that enhance efficiency and user experience across multiple administrative domains.

Role Overview

As an Application Analyst, you will:

• Provide functional expertise on enterprise software applications supporting areas like Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, and Scheduling
• Evaluate business processes and recommend innovative, technology-driven solutions for improvement
• Support system implementation, integration, and maintenance projects through analysis, design, testing, and validation
• Ensure system changes align with stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and technical teams to translate complex technology into clear business insights
• Manage small to mid-sized projects and actively participate in data governance and process testing
• Provide timely resolution of customer issues and contribute to user documentation, training, and FAQs

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience in administrative areas (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, IT), or H.S. Diploma with 8+ years equivalent experience
• Certification in vendor applications
• Experience in systems analysis, design, software testing, project management, and data management
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Previous healthcare industry experience and knowledge of administrative systems a plus
• This is a dynamic role supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams at multiple organizational levels
