Job summary

Tanner Health seeks an Analyst III to serve as the primary support contact for the assigned application area. The role coordinates issues during the project and requires strong knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and business operations.

Education includes a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Epic certification(s) in the relevant area is expected to be current or renewed within the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment and procedures.
• Analyst level and role qualifications per IT Analyst Ladder policy.

• Maintain current Epic certifications and keep up with required trainings.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Experience: Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
Qualifications

• Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support is preferred. Epic certification in other areas may be considered initially. If Epic certification(s) in area of support has not been obtained or has lapsed, certification(s) related to area of support must be achieved during first 90 days. Epic certification(s) in area of support must be kept current, completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges preferred but not required.
• Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.
