Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions allowed per policy.
• Epic Grand Central and Prelude certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting Epic applications.
• Experience with configuration, template management, and system build preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned Epic applications and related operational workflows.
• Partner with end users to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Scope requests, estimate work effort, and support projects from design through implementation with Epic and technical teams.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex tickets, identify enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Independently perform Epic configuration and build activities, including rules, templates, security, and workflow changes.
• Coordinate QA/testing, document decisions, and support migrations between environments.
• Assist with Epic upgrades by reviewing release notes and executing test plans.
• Coordinate integrations with third-party applications, interfaces, devices, and vendors.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and solutions with leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced team members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Participate in Epic forums and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
