Job summary
InSync Consulting Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Analyst with an active Cupid certification and Radiant background to support a Cardiology PACS upgrade and complex clinical initiatives.
This hands-on technical role requires extensive Epic build experience, advanced troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have 5–6+ years of hospital-based Epic experience, strong skills in application configuration and build, and the
Qualifications
- Current Epic Cupid certification is mandatory.
- 5–6+ years of hospital Epic experience.
- Strong Epic Radiant background.
- Experience configuring, testing, troubleshooting Epic applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, remote with West Coast preference.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, configure, build, test, implement, support Epic clinical applications.
- Independently develop Epic builds with minimal oversight.
- Support a Cardiology PACS upgrade, collaborating with PACS teams and other technical stakeholders.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Epic Cupid and Radiant to support clinical workflows and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, including high-risk patient-safety impacts.
- Partner with clinicians and IT to translate workflows into technical solutions.
- Assess regulatory and downstream impacts across clinical systems.
- Lead clinical working sessions and document build decisions and results.
- Support ongoing optimization and change management.
