6-Month Contract | Fully Remote | $85–95/hr W2

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Senior Epic Cupid Analyst to support its cardiology applications environment. This is an immediate need for an experienced analyst who can step in with minimal ramp-up and independently handle hands‑on Epic Cupid build, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization.

A key initial initiative will be supporting a Cardiology PACS upgrade, working closely with the PACS team on workflows, testing, validation, and integration‑related needs.

This is a 6-month contract‑to‑hire opportunity with intended conversion to a full‑time position.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, test, support, and optimize Epic Cupid
• Support a Cardiology PACS upgrade in collaboration with the PACS team
• Analyze cardiology and clinical workflows and translate operational needs into Epic solutions
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement system enhancements
• Participate in integrated testing, validation, upgrades, and go‑live support
• Partner directly with clinical, operational, technical, and application stakeholders
• Work independently and serve as an escalation resource for complex Cupid issues

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Cupid certification
• 5–6+ years of recent, hands‑on Epic Cupid build experience
• Experience supporting Epic Cupid within an acute care hospital environment
• Strong configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization experience
• Strong understanding of invasive and/or non‑invasive cardiology workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain appropriate overlap with Pacific Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Epic certifications, particularly Radiant
• Cardiology PACS, CVIS, imaging, or third‑party cardiology integration experience
• Experience supporting Epic upgrades and optimization initiatives
• Experience with cardiology imaging workflows, testing, and validation
