Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Title: Epic Analyst - Ambulatory

Location: Regional Area (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full Time,

Compensation

Pay Range:$80000-$100000/Yrs

Description

  • Act as a liaison to ensure healthcare information systems function as intended.
  • Research and resolve software problems as part of daily operational support.
  • Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of new solutions.
  • Perform training, create and review documentation, and support assigned applications.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for unplanned downtime and issues.
  • Participate in planning, implementation, testing, and updating of applications.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and support off-hours for critical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a business liaison to assigned departments to uncover and recognize issues early.
  • Train co-workers and assist in researching reported issues and implementing resolutions.
  • Identify and resolve workflow issues to optimize electronic solutions.
  • Provide maintenance and advancement of assigned applications and databases.
  • Investigate and solve problems with application software, interfaces, and reports.
  • Plan, design, and implement assigned applications on schedule.
  • Participate in project management and ensure standard methodologies are followed.
