Job summary

Avance Care in Durham, NC seeks an Epic Ambulatory Trainer to support training across locations. You will develop curriculum with specialty experts, coordinate training communications, and collect stakeholder feedback to tailor ambulatory training.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Director of Clinical Education and Training, building ambulatory curriculum for new hires and ongoing learning, and maintaining Epic training content in SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Principal Trainer (PT) certification is required.
• 2 to 4 years of healthcare or training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and capability to develop and deliver training programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Clinical Education and Training to develop and implement training programs.
• Support gap analysis and ambulatory curriculum development with SME input.
• Coordinate training communications to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing learning.
• Train new hire Medical Assistant class and assist with content delivery.
• Maintain Epic training content in SharePoint and Learning Home dashboards.
