• Minimum of five years of related experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification is required.
• Experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
• Experience in test planning and execution and meeting project quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments.
• Lead discovery calls and provide level of effort.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Translate requirements and workflows to technical specifications for Epic.
• Document discovery and implementation.
• Define future state workflows and ensure clarity of requirements.
• Coordinate tasks and estimates with Project Managers.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance.
