Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst to lead the configuration, design, and implementation of Epic ambulatory systems. You will coordinate with business leaders, IT resources, and project managers to ensure clear requirements and effective testing.

The role emphasizes experience with Epic, large-scale healthcare IT projects, and collaboration across matrix teams to deliver high-quality clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in Epic ambulatory environments.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required.
• Experience with test planning/execution and meeting project quality requirements.
• Experience on large healthcare IT projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments and configurations.
• Lead discovery calls and provide Level of Effort estimates.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation, ensure future state clarity.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify tasks and estimates; support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance.
