Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Epic Ambulatory environments. You will work with clinicians, IT staff, and vendors to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions that improve patient care.

This full-time role requires strong Epic experience, certification, and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, test plans, and implementation documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
• Previous application configuration experience.
• Experience in test planning, execution, and test case development.
• Experience on large projects in healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments.
• Lead discovery calls and provide Level of Effort.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Translate requirements/workflows to technical specs.
• Lead discovery/implementation documentation.
• Ensure clear definition of requirements and future state workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance.
• Analyze current state processes with clinical users.
• Document process and data gaps.
