Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst to design, configure, and support Epic Ambulatory environments. You will lead discovery calls, translate business requirements into technical specs, and drive quality across testing and implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Experience configuring Epic solutions.
• Experience in test planning & execution and meeting project quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Epic environments.
• Lead Discovery calls and provide Level of Effort.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Translate requirements and workflows to technical specifications.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Identify tasks and estimates with Project Managers.
• Support vendor upgrades and environment maintenance.
