Salary Range: $54.1800 - $83.7000/hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.
The Epic Ambulatory Application Analyst III is responsible for configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting the clinical, financial, or administrative Epic modules within their area of support.
Oversees practices and processes to ensure data and application integrity, safety, and availability. Responsible for planning, system development, project management, and application administration. Collaborates with stakeholders, end users, and business teams to optimize system configuration, functionality, and access. Facilitates team discussions and task completion involving multiple resources. Must be familiar with organizational policies, procedures, and operations.
Evaluates problem tickets, service requests, system performance issues, and optimization opportunities, participating in timely resolutions. Resolves complex application errors and system issues independently. Manages the build and maintenance of system dictionaries, profiles, tables, and configuration points. Identifies system enhancement requests and works with the team for implementation. Manages medium to large optimizations throughout their lifecycle, coordinating with vendors as needed.
Tests systems, including configurations, customizations, and new releases, before production deployment. Assists end-users with report design and testing, communicates changes, and leads or facilitates system design, validation, or remediation sessions. Has an advanced understanding of application impacts on other systems and works with integration teams to resolve complex data issues.
Leads large projects and acts as a subject matter expert on complex, cross-functional projects. Provides guidance to Level I and II analysts. Performs these functions with minimal oversight and performs other duties as assigned.
