Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience on CAT engines, generators, or similar power generation equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V preferred.
• Familiarity with CAT diagnostic software (SIS, CAT ET) or comparable systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair power generation equipment and engine systems.
• Install, maintain, and service generators, transfer switches, and switchgear.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform inspections, testing, preventative maintenance, and equipment commissioning.
• Complete service reports, parts requests, and required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain service truck, tools, and equipment.
• Provide professional customer service and support.
• Participate in after-hours and emergency service calls as needed.

Position Summary
