Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Gary, IN is seeking a Site Cost Controller to join our Project Delivery Group. You will develop and maintain project cost information, oversee budgets, and forecast costs to support safe, efficient delivery.

You will manage commitments, procurements, and variance analyses, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment with EPCM status and project changes.

Qualifications

• University or engineering-related degree.
• At least 5 years as a Cost Controller on multidiscipline projects.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting of final costs and cash flow.
• Knowledge of procurement, contracts, quantity surveying, planning and scheduling.
• Good understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to collaborate on innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost information and cost forecasts.
• Oversee trends and changes to the project budget and forecast costs.
• Provide estimates for funds authorization and variation statements.
• Record and reconcile commitments tied to procurement contracts and PO revisions.
• Produce cost reports, variances, and data curves for each cost profile.
• Update budget, commitments, forecasts, and cost statements for monthly reporting.
